Compensation for Luxury Buyers and Sellers are the same as for other clients except that higher value sales and purchases deserve conciege treatment. Concierge services are free to Luxury Buyers and Sellers who have signed MyLasVegas as their buyer or seller agent. Standard MyLasVegas fees apply:
SLIDING SCALE FEE SCHEDULE
Mickey’s Buyers or Sellers Agent Compensation.
2.5%. Sales up to $249K.
2.0%. Sales from $250k - $499K.
1.75%. Sales from $500k - $699K.
1.5%. Sales from $700K - $1.1mm
1.25% Sales $1.1mm - $4.99mm
1.00% Sales $5mm +
Buyers & Sellers Agents Typically ask 3% each of Selling Price (6% Total)
